The room was spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The place is wonderful and has awesome location down to restaurant. The staff are accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room is huge and cool with even better Amenities and the microwave and refridgerator. The services are great, including a nice pool. Besides, they charge $ 10 per 24 hours for Internet.

The hotel is modern and welcoming. the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. I appreciated having a laptop-size safe, TV, and microwave in the room. the staff was attentive and caring. the food in the restaurant was outstanding.

The shuttle service to and from the airport and the shuttle service from the Mall of America was very unreliable. The bus did not come in the afternoon one day and it happened to be very warm. No explanation was given for why the shuttle did not appear as scheduled.

Our hotel stay was great. They offer free breakfast and omlets made to order, and also have 2 hours of free drinks in the evenings. The center of the hotel was beautiful with greenery. We were also very close to the Mall of America.

Due to the free drinks and breakfast, it creates a really busy atmosphere. People flock to get anything free, so it took away from the relaxing atmosphere.

The location was great - only 5 minutes to the Mall of America. Cocktail hour was very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was ok. A small roach was seen on the wall which I killed.
